My heart is so full of love and gratitude for the special day we had yesterday with Wyatt's blessing. It was a lot of effort by many people to pull it off, but it was a great day. It was just our luck that our ward switched to 8 am church yesterday. I was up even before the sun to get myself ready and finish some last minute things around the house. My brothers were great and helped by saving seats while Erin came to curl Brittney's hair and my Mom fed and dressed Wyatt. That saved us! Jason did a great job with the blessing, and Wyatt slept through it all. We invited everyone over afterwards for breakfast, which turned out so great! My dad made cinnamon rolls and we had muffins, fruit and dip. I loved actually having a house to host it in! A HUGE thanks to my parents for all their hard work Saturday and Sunday to make things happen!!! I couldn't have done it without them!
I am so thankful for everyone who came to support us and participate yesterday. Our family is the best ever and I love them all! I am absolutely in l.o.v.e. with my little family of 4! Wyatt's sweet spirit has added so much to our home and it already feels like he's been with us forever. The sweetest thing I witness everyday as a mom is Brittney giving Wyatt kisses and talking to him while he just smiles and smiles right back at her. They adore each other and it makes me happy.
